London Day 6 - Stonehenge and Bath

On Saturday, under Kelvin's clever guidance we made our way to see some famous rocks and pweety Roman buildings. Due to reasons *akhem* not printable here and stupid non-functioning ticket machines at Waterloo station and the extremely long queue of clueless tourists who don't know how to use the ticket machines, we missed the 9.40am train and had to wait an hour for the next. Nonetheless everything was pretty smooth from then on as you can see in the pictures below.

First stop, Salisbury. Apparently this town didn't get bombed during the war as they were using the spiral of the Salisbury cathedralas a marker. Disclaimer: facts may not be right as i didn't really hear the entire story.

Fields of gold. Very old cottage on the way to Stonehenge.

Stonehenge. Mum asks, "why is everyone jumping in front of the camera? What effect is that suppose have?'. So i say, "well mum, why don't you give it a try it"

Random shots taken while waiting for the train to Bath

Old or Hard street. Why, I believe it's both old and hard. Turns out it was Old Orchard with the C ripped out.

Roman baths

Tea at Sally Lunn's. Famous buns with cinnamon butter/ raspberry jam and scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream.

Hole in the wall

Royal Crescent Hotel, Bath

uh...and i think to myself, what a wonderful world....

Oh Bollywoodness, pengsan.

Shaun the sheep says hi!
